Fiber

Dietary fiber brings many health benefits.  You may be thinking, "Yes, but I don't need fiber.  I'm fine, thank you."  And while that may be true, take a look at all that dietary fiber does for us - a lot more than just helping with regularity!
  • Digestive tract health
  • Preventing Heart Disease
  • Positively affect blood cholesterol levels
  • Preventing Diabetes by controlling blood sugar levels
  • Aids in weight loss
  • Helps to prevent some forms of cancer
Dietary fiber is found in fruits, vegetables and grains.  It is the part of the plant that your body can't digest or absorb, which may make it seem like fiber doesn't do a whole lot for us but it really does.  Fiber has two categories:  Soluble Fiber and Insoluble Fiber.  Our bodies need each of these types of fiber in our daily diet.  Refined and processed foods do not contain the fiber necessary for good health and the typical American diet consumes only half of what the FDA recommends.  Chances are good that you, too, are not getting the fiber you need for good health.

Fiber Plan Tablets can help you get all the fiber you need in your diet.  A food based supplement made from soybeans, lemons, grapefruit and beets to provide you with insoluble fiber, Fiber Plan Tablets are certified Kosher Dairy and Gluten Free.

This natural, unflavored blend stirs easily into juices, milk or other liquids and stays blended.  It is an excellent source of Vitamin C as well.  One serving of this food based supplement contains 4 grams of soluble fiber, Fiber Plan Blend is certified Kosher and Gluten Free.
